So we are all literally on the same page, here is the spreadsheet I am using to do calculations of uranium and enrichment requirements. I have saved it in both Microsoft and LibreOffice formats. Enjoy. enrichment.ods (9.25 KB) enrichment.xls (6 KB)

I suppose I forgot to explain the spreadsheet.
It's quite simple. You enter the enrichment of the feedstock in percent (0.711 for natural uranium), the enrichment of the product (also in percent), the fraction of U-235 in the tails (0.2% to 0.3% seems to be the norm these days) and the quantity of product. The spreadsheet calculates the total feedstock required, the mass of tails produced and the SWU required for enrichment.
If someone can give me a hint as to how U-236 fractionates in such an enrichment process, I may try to add that to a future version. It could be useful/enlightening for the purposes of analyzing the re-use of irradiated LWR fuel.
