I recently discovered this site, pfbach.dk. It is run by a retired engineer of a danish utility.
He offers to download statistical analysis for wind power for a few countries. Although it is mainly centered on Danemark, it also about the UK, Ireland, France & Germany. He also offers time series.
So far it is the most complete site for the data series I have found. Otherwise, you have to hop between the websites of the different grid operators of each country.
