Ben Heard from www.decarbonisesa.com has a copy of his latest talk on the blog today. SAREIC presentation highlights a possible nuclear future Ben is a prominent pro-nuclear power supporter (a recent convert from the antis) who is having a lot of success with his advocacy in South Australia. An article about the talk also appeared on the Adelaide Advertiser today. Who on the forum has been "converted" from anti to pro and what changed your mind? Do you have any ideas for nuclear advocacy and/or for suitable content for the KnowMoreFearLess website currently under construction?

I've always been open to Nuclear power, but not "pro-nuclear" in the sense of advocating for it. Not until recently when the reality of electricity generation has to come from a secure and low-emission source. My motivations have come form more of a position of energy security rather than climate change, however one cannot ignore the latter.
Aside, Ben will be on 5AA in Adelaide (1395 AM) after the midday lunch news today (2nd May).
