Hi all, What great, concise summaries of the climate feedbacks are there? Are they written for the lay person? What feedbacks scare you the most?
Regards

I see 4 major tipping points that overlap. First is open ocean warming to a positive feedback loop at the North Polar area, second is tundra methane going to self release, then/and concurrent, oceanic methane hydrate deposits self releasing, and finally hot oceans and land give up dissolved or sequestered CO2. With ocean acidification much greater than the Permian Extinction, and the amount of methane stored, this could very well be the end of not only humans, but a runaway greenhouse to oven temperatures, and no life again here forever. The scary part is how fast it will accelerate. The name has changed from AETM ELE to GTEE, Global Terminal Extinction Event(s). There is a good chance that reducing all HGHG emissions 90% of 2000 level by 2024, will stop the methane monster. If not, then the only way to save humanity and the biosphere is in underground fortresses for up to 100 years, after purposely blowing Yellowstone to force a population crash to bottleneck like Toba 74.6 MYA, and cooling enough to stop CAGW, and return to the ice age cycles.
