Correction. It is not powered by the wind farm. It is powered by the grid. It is just the usual administrative lie about kWh consumed being matched by the wind farm generation. You can’t power any factory with wind. Way too fickle.

Group Says It Will Launch World's Largest Green Hydrogen Project Darrell Proctor 2020 May 20 Power Magazine www.powermag.com/group-says-it-will-launch-worlds-largest-green-hydrogen-project/Impressively different; paper and plastic, etc., wastes are turned into a plasma and then somehow the hydrogen is extracted. It also produces syngas, no surprise there. If this actually works, every city or county will want one to avoid the ever growing expense of trash disposal --- and make some $$ on the side.

The hydrogen is only truly green if - the feedstock is not recyclable and
- the energy powering the plasma torches is carbon-free.
While I think that waste-to-fuels is an excellent idea, WTF alone is not a solution. There is nowhere near enough waste (biomass) of all kinds to replace fossil fuels. Something else has to do the heavy lifting.

Hydrogen May Be a Lifeline for Nuclear --- But It Won't Be Easy Sonal Patel 2020 Jun 11 Power Magazine www.powermag.com/hydrogen-may-be-a-lifeline-for-nuclear-but-it-wont-be-easy/First demonstration steps in nuclear power plants producing hydrogen for their own use and eventually sale to nearby markets. As is typical for her, the author provides a comprehensive exposition, thoroughly researched.

Scientists disassociate water apart efficiently with new catalysts 2020 Jul 02 Phys.org phys.org/news/2020-07-scientists-dissociate-efficiently-catalysts.htmlDespite the mangled title this is about the design of a new class of porous electrodes to facilitate the half-reaction which produces a proton from pure water. While a long way from production status, the chemistry is interesting and could indeed develop into a much better way to perform hydrolysis.
