DBB, I'm not quite sure what "fluzzy" means, but just the same I'll avoid food answering to that description. ; )
Addition, about 1 hour later: I found "fluzzy" defined on an Urban Dictionary site as a combination of "fluffy" and "fuzzy". So the word makes sense in this context. As the article points out, rice grown in elevated CO2 loses some of its nutritional value. It's good to have fluffy rice, but not rice that's fluff.
