If the concerns were genuine, they'd mention CANDU, and perhaps other PHWR offerings --
I think India is ready to export -- as good news: no enriched uranium, no depleted uranium.

This is just a piece about America panicking that it won't have an effective monopoly on cheap enrichment in the future.
I hope it leaks out, because otherwise everyone will be left in hoc to the Americans for energy.

This was an Australian developed technology with SILEX systems. Pity we couldn't take it to the next step of commercialisation.
